We often receive queries over the internet for building design in other parts of Australia and New Zealand. We are pleased to offer this service together with our local architectural services. The Internet provides immediate communications around the world and drawings, photos, text, specifications can all be sent electronically and viewed on your computer or printed at your local printing outlet.

AVAILABLE SERVICES

Send us your brief for your new building and we can turn your vision into a building design by our talented team of experienced and young architects and designers.  Computer modelling of new or existing buildings. Designs based on your site, climate, local regulations. Advice on many aspects of building design and maintenance.

FEES AND CHARGES

Contact us for a complete list of fees and charges. New Building design with a number of design options, developed design (after taking on board your comments) and full drawings including floor plans, site plans, elevations, sections, window and door schedules, details, construction details, and specifications (written in Australian Natspec) cost between 3.5% - 10% (larger projects to smaller projects respectively) of the construction cost. This is for projects between $100,000 and $5mil . We can arrange a quotation specific to your project. Alterations and additions to existing buildings incur a small additional fee for fitting the project into drawings of existing structures. Fees include GST.

Contract Administration services are additional to the above costs and can be arranged with local architects or engineers.

Standard contracts are used for building works and architectural services.
