The building responds to its surroundings with such outdoor living and recreational spaces as they connect with the environment through pleasant sunny areas and wide captivating views. |

M A T E R I A L S The originally brick building was rendered and in some areas clad in colorbond. This gives the building a modern finish and requires low maintenance. |

N O R T H - W E S T Computer model from the North West shows that The building appears to be a complete change from the original residence. The planning of the building is sound with the living, kitchen and bedroom on the top level and other bedrooms and family room on lower levels. Rooms have been added to the West side.
