ENTRY
Front Entry with Carport and Music Room on the right. Traditional detailing with gable roofs, corrugated roofing, stone quoins, coloured rendering, timber windows and doors.
Wide eaves protect openings and walls from rain and summer heat. Verandahs are placed around the house. |

The recess of the entry makes for a welcoming aspect to the design. | ||

TOWER Tower with Gallery over the Music Room and Study.
Materials used are oxide coloured rendered bricks, sandstone detailing, timber window and door frames and corrugated iron roof.
The stonework surrounds the openings making a traditional detail.

FIREPLACE The fireplace is constructed of matching sandstone with corbelled top and smoke vent.
We can design specific fireplaces for different types and sizes of rooms.
The fireplace specially designed for this large room heats the space and the residents have advised that they frequently fall asleep in front of the fire! |

STAIRCASE AND 'WIDOW'S WALK'
A staircase and 'widow's walk' was purpose-designed to incorporate the client's organ.
The staircase wraps around and passes through the instrument and leads up to the widows walk and gallery.

From the widows walk one
can view the organ and living room below, or look at the shapes of the raking
ceiling and skylights above.
Skylights light the space, transferring patches of light onto the surfaces as shown in the images above. |
