The renovation was designed to add extra living, bedroom and outdoor space to the existing residence.  The face brick was rendered and painted and tiling added to the outdoor areas.

Distinctive and practical pedestals were added to the columns for pot-plants, putting boots on and for outdoor entertainment. 

The red arch was used to add a focal design element to the house.

Timber bi-fold doors completely open the living area to the outdoor space and two new higher roofs were built to let light into spaces through high windows. Colorbond was added to new and high walls to give the residence a contemporary finish.
