N O R T H - E N T R Y The design features modern Colorbond and Brushed Aluminium finishes, with tinted obscure glass in some areas. A carport at street level gives privacy to the house which rests one storey below. The residence hugs the edge of a hill overlooking a beautiful expansive view of a gully, rainforest area and the suburbs of Brisbane beyond. Each of the three storeys embrace the extent of its surroundings with bi-folding glass doors opening up to large decks, terraces, and a pool.

The top floor features raked and varied ceiling levels with polished timber floors. The bifolding doors open up the southern wall to the deck to combine indoor and outdoor living. Stainless steel balustrades on the deck and stairs and stainless steel light fittings are some of the modern finishes of the house. |

The front fence is light and delicate with obscure glazing emitting a glowing light into the front courtyard while maintaining privacy to the north side of the house. The stainless steel adds sparkle to the composition. |
