EAST The courtyard in front of the bedroom pavilion creates privacy but with the height carefully set to allow views over the surrounding patchwork of fields and orchards. The high corner window drenches the living room with warm morning sun and excludes the sun in summer. Materials proposed are earthy textured render, Scion cladding, Linea cladding and lots of glass and stainless steel. |

ENTRY A covered light filled entry way with the convenience of garage and carport beside the entry for dry access during north coast subtropical down pours.
Materials used are oxide coloured rendered bricks, sandstone detailing, timber window and door frames and corrugated iron roof.
The stonework surrounds the openings making a traditional detail.
